WHAT'S NEW ABOUT THE CAMP?
It is completely renovated!

We are happy to inform you that from the beginning of 1st July this year, Loyk Mara Camp will be back to its normal operations with completely new infrastructure in place and improved level of service!

WHAT ABOUT THE GUEST ROOMS?

All our tents are en-suite and have more facilities to make your stay much more comfortable for all guests including big groups, families and people with disabilities.

• Every tent has 24 hours electricity supply and guests can easily charge their phones, laptops, cameras and other devices in their rooms.
• Each guest tent has an intercom and every guest can connect to the Reception or Restaurant at any time with any kind of request. You can also call the Security Guard, Room Attendant, Waiter or even the Camp Manager. It also gives a chance to make calls to other guest tents at the camp.
• The water supply system is also improved; we have solar heaters with a bigger capacity for every tent and thus increased pressure for hot and cold showers in the wild!

HOW ABOUT THE SECURITY?

We have improved our security by increasing more lighting system and noise reduction from the generator at night. We also install sets of solar batteries with common capacities which are enough to provide electric power for all the guest tents and public areas. 

• It's much easier and comfortable to move around the camp at night. Because of the lighting we have installed from pathways, between the tents and all the public areas.
• Special security lights are installed around the camp to keep big animals like buffalos and elephants away from public areas at night. 
• All pathways are now covered with murram so it's more comfortable to walk after or during the rain.
• We have installed heavy chests with locks in each room to make guest’s valuables safe and secure.
• For guests who travel with big valuables, we have a safe at the manager's house which they can use by request.

WHAT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT & FOOD SERVICE?
We opened the new Olpul Restaurant!

Our restaurant has been designed to accommodate over 25pax creating ambiance space to enjoy food services as well as having beautiful scenic view of the Mara nature. 
We have qualified trained chefs, waiters and barmen attendants who have undergone their respective refresher courses for professional services.

...and the bar!
"Olaro Bar" with it's fresh made juices, signature cocktails and coffee machine will leave the unforgettable aftertaste of the luxury holidays in the heart of the wild nature.

COMING WITH KIDS?
We'll take care of them!
We now have "Little Maasai Warriors Club" for our little guests, whereby we teach them the skills and tricks of the real Maasai Warriors. Apart from that we have other games like painting, chase, drafts, balls and skipping ropes etc.
For the infants, we have baby courts that can be installed in the room by request and special baby chairs for the restaurant.

STAFF & DRIVERS QUARTER?
We built new quarters with decent conditions for both staffs and drivers. Hot showers, flushing toilets, comfortable rooms with electricity and spacious canteen are now at your service at our driver’s quarter.
