1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS TERMS
To reserve and confirm space on any trip, LOYK HOTELS requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the invoice due within 10 days from the date of the Hotel’s pro forma invoice. The balance of the invoice amount is due for payments within 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In the unfortunate event that the balance of the invoice amount is not paid within the stipulated time, LOYK HOTELS reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled. Payments should be effected vide RTGS/TT/ and Cheques deposited to the following designated account details:

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers [hereafter collectively called CANCELLATION are subject to cancellation and NO SHOW fees as follows:

3. CHILD POLICY
Children below 4 years sharing room with 1 or 2 adults will be free of charge.
Children from 5 years to 11 years will pay 50% of adults sharing rate.
Children having exclusive use of own tent will pay 75% of adults sharing rate.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES TIMES
Rooms are available for new arrivals from 12.00 noon on the scheduled arrival date. Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the scheduled departure date. Special consideration may be made for extended departure times subject to anticipated arrivals.
